Our assessments are conducted by a Department of Transportation (DOT) Qualified SAP and a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Qualified SAE, ensuring compliance with federal return-to-duty requirements.

Thorough Assessments: We use validated evaluation tools to assess compliance with regulatory requirements for safety-sensitive positions.

Detailed Reports and Recommendations: Within three (3) days, your designated employee representative (DER) will receive a comprehensive report outlining the evaluation findings and any necessary next steps.

Resource Referrals: If additional services are required, we connect you with trusted professionals and programs that align with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Follow-Up and Return-to-Duty Reports: After completing the necessary steps, your SAP/SAE evaluator will provide a final report for your DER, including return-to-duty recommendations and follow-up testing requirements. Reports are submitted within three (3) days of the follow-up appointment, provided all verification documents have been received.
​Please note: SAP/SAE evaluations are not medical or therapeutic treatment but rather regulatory assessments to determine the necessary steps for compliance. These services are not covered by health insurance, and payment in full is required before the evaluation. The fee covers SAP/SAE services from the initial assessment through the return-to-duty process but does not include any additional education or services that may be required.
